We process as little personal data as possible. The personal data of private individuals that we process is mainly limited to name and address, contact details and payment details. JEKA stores digital data on its own secure servers or third-party servers. We do not combine this data with other personal data in our possession.
You are not obliged to disclose your personal data. However, you should be aware that we will be unable to supply certain services if you refuse consent for the processing of your personal data.

Sharing data with third parties
Your personal data will not be shared with any third party without your consent. If we forward your data to third parties we will take all steps to guarantee a similar level of data protection. For example, we may ask our contract partners to sign a confidentiality statement in line with this privacy statement.
Your data is processed internally by staff who we require to be bound by a duty of confidentiality.
We have taken such security measures to protect your personal data as are reasonable having regard to the risk of loss of, or fraud pertaining to, your personal data.
